Buka Puasa with a difference!!

Eurocopter Malaysia has always strived to give back to the community in which we operate in. We are constantly looking at raising the standards of our Corporate Social Responsibility. As such we made Ramadhan extra special and different for 38 children from Rumah Kasih Harmoni Orphanage.

A sumptuous spread of delicious food and programs were lined up for the children. Career talk by Tuan Syed our Senior Director of Quality, Flight Operations and Training and an interactive session with Eurocopters Chief Engineer Encik Hasnan appeared to be very popular with the young ones. The children were thrilled and excited when they were allowed to board the Helicopter and take snapshots with Helicopter Pilots Captain Patrice Guena and Captain Frederic Dessarthe. Also present for the photo session with this children were the French NAVY team headed by Captain Alauzet.

President and CEO, Mr.Nardelli said in his speech that evening, “Children being our future and who are easily influenced at a young age, would gain from this exposure, as there would be some among them who aspire to be pilots one day”. The  evening ended with handing out goodie bags and duit  Raya to the children.

Eurocopter Malaysia used this to kick start for more organized community events in the future ,whereby similar events will be done for Deepavali & Chinese New Year.

… We don’t just want to be known as The Worlds Leading Helicopter Manufacturer ....we also want to show that WE CARE!!!!!
